Weber Tile Flex adhesive cement

Flexible tile adhesive, high quality, single component type, easy to use, just mix with water. Contains cement, specially selected sand and special chemicals, increasing flexibility. Suitable for laying tiles, plywood, cement plywood, fiber cement.

Suitable for: Ceramic tiles, granite, marble, granite, artificial stone, size up to 1x1 meter.

How to use

Surface preparation:

• For new surfaces: The surface must be smooth, hard, level, clean, dry and have normal water absorption.
• For existing surfaces: Check the surface by scraping off any loose paint or removing loose tiles and laying new ones. Remove any debris such as cement powder, fat, or oil stains stuck to the surface.
• If the surface is very porous (high water absorption), it is necessary to wet and saturate the surface with water before laying the tiles.
• If the surface is a plastered or newly applied cement wall: the standard curing time (i.e. 7 days per 1 cm. of thickness) should be used before laying tiles.

Mixing

Mix Weber Tile Flex cement glue with water at a ratio of 1 : 3 by volume. 

(1 part water, 3 parts cement glue) Use a blender at low speed to blend until smooth, or divide and mix a little at a time and stir thoroughly until the glue does not clump. Leave for 3-4 minutes before using.

Tiling

1. Use a trowel to spread the cement glue onto the surface.
2. If the tile is larger than 10x10 inches, spread a thin layer of cement glue over the back of the tile.
3. Lay the tiles on the cement glue and tap them all over with a rubber hammer.
4. Wipe off any cement glue that has leaked out of the grout lines and that has stained the surface of the tiles.
5. Customize your tiles in 15 minutes
6. Leave for 24 hours before grouting.

1 year from the date of manufacture, in unopened condition and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. (If you don't use up all the bag, you must tie the bag tightly.)
