Construction rebar
For salesteel barConstruction Project Costs. We offer standard TISI-certified steel bars, including deformed steel bars (Deformed Bar – DB) and round steel bars (Round Bar – RB), along with wire mesh steel grating (Wire Mesh) and steel column sleeves and beam sleeves
Q: How are DB (deformed bar) and RB (round bar) steel used differently?
A:
Round Bar (RB): Smooth surface (grade SR24) has lower tensile strength and is commonly used for "Steel casing"(Column sleeves, beam sleeves) or small structural steel components.
Deweloped Bar (DB): Ribbed bars (Grades SD40, SD50) are designed for excellent adhesion to concrete and high tensile strength. Used as "core steel" in columns, beams, and slabs.
Q: What is Wire Mesh used for?
A: Wire mesh A welded steel mesh used specifically for "reinforcing concrete slabs," particularly in factory floors, parking lots, or roads. It helps save time on steel bar tying and effectively prevents cracking in the concrete surface.
Q: What is the difference between 4 mm and 6 mm wire mesh?
A: "mm" (millimeter) is the thickness of the wire. Wire mesh 6 mm. It will be stronger and able to bear more weight.Wire mesh 4 mm.
Wire mesh 4 mm: Suitable for home floors and laundry areas.
Wire mesh 6 mm (and above): Suitable for parking lots, roads, or small factory floors.
