Weber Tile Grace Adhesive

High quality cement glue for laying large tiles and swimming pool tiles. Single component type. Easy to use, just mix with water. Contains cement, specially selected sand, and special chemicals. Strong and has 4 times higher adhesion strength.

Suitable for: Ceramic tiles, granite, marble, granite, artificial stone, size up to 1.20x1.20 m.

How to use

Surface preparation:

• For new surfaces: The surface must be smooth, hard, level, clean, dry and have normal water absorption.
• For the original surface: Check the surface for any loose paint or remove loose tiles and re-lay them. Remove any debris such as cement powder, fat, or oil stains that are stuck to the surface.
• If the surface is very porous (high water absorption), it is necessary to wet and saturate the surface with water before laying the tiles.
• If the surface is a plastered wall or newly leveled cement: the curing time should be in accordance with the standard. (7 days per 1 cm. thickness) before laying tiles

Mixing

Mix Weber Tile Grease cement glue with water at a ratio of 1:3 by volume (1 part water, 3 parts cement glue). Use a low-speed blender to blend until smooth, or divide and mix a little at a time and stir thoroughly until the glue does not clump. Leave for 3-4 minutes before use.

Tiling

1. Use a notched trowel to spread the cement glue onto the surface.
2. If the tile is larger than 10x10 inches, spread a thin layer of cement glue over the back of the tile.
3. Lay the tiles on the cement glue and use a rubber hammer to knock them all over.
4. Wipe away any excess cement glue that has spilled out of the grout lines and that has stained the surface of the tiles.
5. Customize your tiles in 15 minutes
6. Leave for 24 hours before grouting.

Shelf life and storage

1 year from the date of manufacture, in unopened condition and stored in a cool, dry, humid place with good ventilation. (If you don't use up all the bag, you must tie the bag tightly.)
