TPI Fine Plaster (M100) is a solution designed for construction workers and project owners who demand perfect wall finishes. Made with high-quality raw materials and precisely mixed in the factory, it's ready to use immediately by simply adding water, saving time and reducing errors during on-site mixing.
Key components (Raw Materials):
TPI Portland Cement Type 1: Compliant with ASTM C-150 and TIS 15 Part 1-2555 standards, providing strength and durability.
Fine crushed limestone: The plaster undergoes two drying and sizing processes to achieve a smooth, fine texture that is easy to apply.
High-quality chemicals imported from abroad: It has excellent water-retention properties, making it easy to apply, reducing cracking and hairline cracks, and preventing peeling after application.
Scope of application (Applications)
Suitable for: This plastering compound is suitable for both interior and exterior use on brick or concrete block walls. It can be used with a standard trowel or a mortar sprayer.
Caution (Limitation): ❌ Not recommended. For use on bare concrete surfaces or areas with exposed steel reinforcement (for plastering concrete surfaces, use a product specifically designed for that purpose).

The area covered depends on the thickness of the plaster:
If applied in a thickness of 1 cm (10 mm), it will cover an area of approximately... 2.88 square meters Per bag

The recommended ratio from the manufacturer is 1 bag (50 kg) of M100 cement to clean water. 12 liters Mix everything together until it forms a smooth paste, then it's ready to use.
I don't recommend it. M100 mortar is designed to be more suitable for the water absorption of "clay bricks and concrete blocks." For a smooth concrete surface, a specialized concrete plaster (such as TPI M100C) should be used for optimal adhesion.
