What is TPI red cement?
TPI Cement Red Or Portland Cement Type 1, manufactured by... TPI Polene Public Company Limited This is a high-quality cement designed for... “"Structural work"” In particular, it offers high compressive strength and excellent durability, making it suitable for all types of reinforced concrete work, such as foundation casting, beam pouring, column casting, road paving, bridges, and even the production of precast concrete components.
Key features of TPI Red Portland Cement.
- Extra high compressive strength: Excellent structural load-bearing capacity; safe and meets engineering standards.
- Dries and sets quickly: It allows for faster removal of folding wooden or steel formwork, accelerating construction work to be completed on schedule.
- Durable in all environments: The resulting concrete structure has a high density, reducing cracking problems and making it resistant to weather conditions.
- Meets international standards: Certified to industrial product standards.TIS 15 Volume 1-2555) and the American standard (ASTM C-150).
- Works well with reinforcing steel: The cement is fused with... deformed bar or round steel bars Perfectly enhances the stability of the building structure.

How to mix TPI red cement for concrete pouring.
- Prepare the ingredients: Prepare TPI red lime, coarse sand (clean and free of mud), crushed stone, and clean water.
- Measuring ratios: For general structural work, a cement ratio of 1 part cement : 2 parts coarse sand : 4 parts aggregate (1:2:4) is recommended.
- Mixing: Mix the cement, sand, and aggregate thoroughly while dry. Then, gradually add clean water, stirring constantly until the concrete reaches the desired consistency—neither too runny nor too viscous.
Pouring and curing: Once the concrete has been poured into the formwork, it should be vibrated to compact it. After the concrete has set, it should be "cured" by watering it or covering it with moist burlap for at least 7 days to prevent cracking and achieve maximum compressive strength.
Frequently Asked Questions about TPI M501 Cement Adhesive (FAQ)
TPI Cement Red This is a Portland cement focused on "high compressive strength" for structural work (columns, beams, floors). TPI Cement Green It's a mixed cement with high flexibility, more suitable for bricklaying and wall plastering.
For general structural concrete mixing (ratio 1:2:4), 1 cubic meter of concrete will require approximately 6.5 - 7 bags of TPI red cement (50 kg bags).
It's not recommended. Because red cement has high compressive strength and sets quickly, using it for wall plastering will cause it to dry too quickly, making it difficult to smooth and increasing the likelihood of cracking (hairline cracks) compared to specialized plaster.
