How to properly mix and use TPI Green Cement.

  1. Preparation of the composite material: Use clean sand and water, free from leaves, mud, or chemical contaminants. (Use coarse sand for construction/pouring and fine sand for plastering.)
  2. Dry mixing: lead TPI Cement Green Mix with sand and stones (if available) according to the proportions required for the project. Mix the ingredients thoroughly while dry to achieve a uniform color.
  3. Mixing with water: Gradually add clean water, stirring or using a shovel to mix the ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved for use.
  4. Application and maturation: Apply the mixture before the mortar begins to set. After the mortar is completely dry (approximately 24 hours), cure it by continuously watering it for 3-7 days to prevent cracking due to heat and weather conditions.

Absolutely not. Green cement is a blended cement designed for general purposes. It cannot withstand the compressive strength of major structures. For columns, beams, or foundations, a different type of cement must be used. TPI Cement Red That's only for structural cement.

Can green cement be used to lay and plaster lightweight concrete blocks?

I don't recommend it because lightweight concrete blocks require mortar with an exceptionally high moisture retention capacity. You should choose... TPI M310 lightweight brick mortar and TPI M210 Lightweight Plaster This is from our shop, to prevent the walls from collapsing and cracking.
