How to properly mix and use TPI Green Cement.
- Preparation of the composite material: Use clean sand and water, free from leaves, mud, or chemical contaminants. (Use coarse sand for construction/pouring and fine sand for plastering.)
- Dry mixing: lead TPI Cement Green Mix with sand and stones (if available) according to the proportions required for the project. Mix the ingredients thoroughly while dry to achieve a uniform color.
- Mixing with water: Gradually add clean water, stirring or using a shovel to mix the ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved for use.
- Application and maturation: Apply the mixture before the mortar begins to set. After the mortar is completely dry (approximately 24 hours), cure it by continuously watering it for 3-7 days to prevent cracking due to heat and weather conditions.
