What is TPI M402 dry concrete?
Dry Concrete TPI M402 (Dry Concrete 240 KSC) Manufactured by TPI Polene Public Company Limited It is a ready-mixed dry-mixed concrete that provides standard compressive strength. 240 KSC (cylindrical) or 280 KSC (cube) The mortar is pre-mixed with stone, sand, and cement in the correct proportions at the factory, and designed to meet your needs. “"General concrete work and renovations"” For example, pouring concrete for laundry areas, walkways around the house, multipurpose areas, pouring reinforced concrete columns and lintels, or casting small concrete pieces without the hassle of ordering a cement mixer or mixing sand and gravel yourself, creating dust.
Why choose TPI M402 dry concrete? (Key features)
- A compressive strength of 240 KSC is suitable for general applications: Strong and durable enough for walkways, perimeter paving, and supporting structures that don't bear massive loads.
- Most convenient for renovation work: Ideal for contractors and technicians working on renovation projects in narrow spaces, small alleys, or mezzanines where cement mixers can't reach. Simply tear open the bag, mix with water, and pour immediately.
- Economical and good value: Lower price than high-compression models helps reduce costs for projects that don't require unnecessarily high specifications.
- TPI factory standards: No more problems with cement mixers mixing the wrong proportions (too much aggregate, too little sand) because M402 accurately measures the ingredients, resulting in smooth, non-separating concrete.
- Reduce waste at the event: The number of bags needed is calculated precisely according to the volume required, leaving no sand or gravel behind to clutter the worksite.

How to properly use TPI M402 dry concrete.
- Preparing the site: Level and compact the soil or sand area. If pouring concrete, it is recommended to lay down moisture-proof plastic and then... Wire mesh To help distribute the force and support the weight, preventing the floor from cracking.
- Mixing cement: lead Dry Concrete TPI M402 Mix 1 bag (50 kg) with 7-8 liters of clean water. Use a shovel to mix in a trough, or use a small cement mixer to stir the concrete until it is thoroughly mixed.
- Application of the formula (alternative): To increase concrete volume for cost savings, ½” or ¾” crushed stone can be mixed in at a certain ratio. One bag of cement per 30 kg of stone. (Mix thoroughly.)
- Pour and level: Pour the concrete into the designated area. Use a trowel or trowel to level the surface, and vibrate the concrete to remove air bubbles and ensure a denser mix.
- Floor curing: Allow the concrete to begin setting (approximately 24 hours), then water and cure the concrete for at least 3-7 days to prevent shrinkage and cracking.

Frequently Asked Questions about TPI M402 Dry Concrete (FAQ)
The difference is in compressive strength (load-bearing capacity). M402 (240 KSC) Suitable for parade walkways, washing areas, or general lintel and reinforced concrete pillars. M403 (280 KSC) It will be stronger and more suitable for areas where vehicles drive over it, such as village roads or parking lots.
Not recommended for main structure. For the main columns or beams supporting the house's weight, it is recommended to use high-compressive strength concrete. Dry concrete TPI M404 (350 KSC) From an engineering standpoint, it's safer than M402, which is designed for secondary structures such as reinforcing bars or lintels around doors and windows.
One 50 kg bag of M402 cement, when mixed with water, will yield approximately 0.022 cubic meters of concrete. To pour 1 cubic meter of floor, you will need approximately 45 bags (assuming no additional aggregate is added).
