“TPI Concrete 350 KSC Cylinder M404” is a concrete product with special characteristics and is used in various works as follows:

Product characteristics: 

• It is a cement product used as concrete.
• When mixed with water in the specified ratio, it can be used immediately without mixing with other ingredients.
• It has the strength to withstand compressive forces of more than 350 KSC (Kilograms per Square Centimeter).

Scope of application: 

• Suitable for work requiring high strength such as columns, beams, piers.

raw material:

• TPI cement Portland Type 1 according to ASTM C-150 and TIS 15 Vol. 1-2012 standards.
• Fine Crushed Limestone is processed through drying and sizing.
• High quality chemicals from abroad that increase adhesion, making the walls stick together well and very strong.

How to prepare the skin and use:

• Check and prepare the area to be concreted.
• Prepare the equipment and machinery used for mixing.
• For concrete pouring that requires connection to existing concrete, the joints should be arranged to minimize structural strength and prevent cracking.
• Extract the original concrete surface until the concrete is strong enough (the specified point).
• leadReady-mixed cement M404 Mix with water at the specified ratio (1 bag 50 kg. per 7-8 liters of water) and mix until smooth.
• Apply according to general concrete usage methods.

Treatment after pouring concrete:

• After pouring the concrete, it must be protected from hazards such as sunlight, dry wind, rain, running water, abrasion, and excessive loads.
• Concrete treatment should be continued for at least 7 days using appropriate methods such as covering with sacks, wet tarps, water retention, or spraying water as recommended by the supervising engineer.

In the case of large-scale pouring work and concrete work requiring high compressive strength:

• In this case, it is recommended to mix 30 kg of clean ½” or ¾” gravel (conforming to ASTM C33) per 50 kg bag of cement to increase the compressive strength of the concrete.

Note:

• After mixing with water, it should be used up within 2 hours.
• Ready-mixed cement should be stored in a dry, cool place and kept tightly covered.
• Prevent transport during rain or transport through areas with water droplets.
• Storage should be done under a roof.
