What is TPI M404 dry concrete?
Dry concrete TPI M404 (Dry Concrete 350 KSC) Manufactured by TPI Polene Public Company Limited It is a high-quality, ready-mixed dry-mixed concrete product containing Portland cement, finely crushed and graded aggregate, and chemical additives to increase compressive strength. When mixed with water, it has a much higher compressive strength than standard concrete. 350 KSC (Kilograms per square centimeter) Designed for high-strength reinforced concrete structures such as columns, beams, footings, load-bearing floors, parking lots, or roads, without the need for concrete mixer trucks.
Why choose TPI M404 dry concrete? (Key features)
- Extra high compressive strength: Capable of withstanding compressive strengths exceeding 350 KSC (cylindrical) or 400 KSC (cube), ensuring strength and safety according to engineering standards.
- Convenient and ready to pour: No need to waste time ordering stones, sand, or cement mixers. Simply tear open the bag, add water, and you can pour concrete immediately. Ideal for job sites where cement mixers can't reach.
- Budget is under control: No more wasted cement or insufficient cement orders. Accurately calculate the number of bags needed based on the actual volume.
- Consistent quality: All ingredients in every bag are measured and mixed at the factory to international standards, ensuring that every concrete pour has consistent compressive strength.
- Works well with reinforcing steel: The concrete has a high density and adheres to... deformed bar, round steel bars or Wire mesh Perfectly enhances structural stability.

How to mix and use TPI M404 dry concrete.
- Preparation of formwork and reinforcement: Assemble the concrete formwork securely, tie in reinforcing steel or lay down wire mesh, and moisten the formwork thoroughly before pouring the concrete.
- Mixing: lead Dry concrete TPI M404 Mix 1 bag (50 kg) with 7-8 liters of clean water. Use a small cement mixer or stir in a container until thoroughly mixed.
- Volume increase techniques (alternative): For large-scale pouring projects or thick slabs, clean aggregate of ½ inch or ¾ inch size can be added to the mixture in a specific ratio. One bag of cement per 30 kg of stone. (To increase volume and reduce costs while maintaining standard compressive strength.)
- Pouring and pricking: Pour the concrete into the formwork continuously, and use a concrete vibrator or tamping stick to remove air bubbles and ensure the concrete is dense and fills the formwork completely.
- Concrete curing: After the concrete has set (approximately 24 hours), the formwork should be removed and the concrete cured by watering or covering with wet burlap for at least 7 days to allow the concrete to develop its maximum compressive strength of 350 KSC as specified.
Frequently Asked Questions about TPI M404 Dry Concrete (FAQ)
TPI Cement Red It's "pure cement powder" that you have to mix with aggregate and sand yourself on-site. But... TPI M404 It's "dry-mixed concrete" which comes with crushed stone and cement already mixed in a bag. You just add water and it's ready to pour. It's ideal for projects that require speed and convenience.
One bag of cement (50 kg), when mixed with water, will yield approximately 0.025 cubic meters of concrete. If poured to a thickness of 10 centimeters, this will cover an area of approximately 0.25 square meters. (Adding aggregate (stone) will increase the coverage area.)
Not recommended, as this is a structural concrete with crushed stone and high compressive strength. It's best to only pour a thin layer for leveling beforehand. Install SPC vinyl tiles. Should be used TPI M400 self-leveling mortar. It would be more suitable and result in a smoother, level surface.
