How to use TPI M501 adhesive mortar for optimal performance.
Surface preparation: Clean the existing concrete or tile surface thoroughly, removing dust and oil stains... (If the existing surface is rough or uneven, it is recommended to level the surface first.) TPI M400 floor leveling cement (To ensure the tiles are laid beautifully and level)
Mixing mortar adhesive: mix Tile adhesive TPI M501 Mix 1 bag (20 kg) with clean water according to the specified ratio. Use a drill to stir until smooth. Let it stand for about 5 minutes to allow the chemicals to cure, then stir again before use.
Plastering: Use a notched trowel to spread the cement adhesive onto the surface in long strokes to ensure even and complete coverage of the tile.
Tile installation: Place the tile on the tile adhesive. Press or gently tap with a rubber mallet to ensure the tile makes full contact with the adhesive.
Alignment and grouting: Align the tiles to the desired level within 15 minutes, and allow the tile adhesive to dry completely for at least 24 hours before beginning the grouting process.

Precautions for use

Tile curing: Tiles should not be soaked in water before laying. This tile adhesive is designed for use with completely dry tiles.
